Precision Windscreen Repairs Policies

By booking an appointment with Precision Windscreen Repairs, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies and conditions.

 

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We require a minimum of 8 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduled appointments. Cancellations made with less than 8 hours notice will incur a $100 cancellation fee. Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice (“no show”) will also result in a $100 fee, payable before any future bookings can be made. In genuine emergencies, management reserves the right to review circumstances at its discretion.

 

 Agreement to Terms

By confirming a booking via phone, message, social media, email, or website form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these policies and conditions. These terms apply to all services provided by Precision Windscreen Repairs.

 Payment Policy

• Payment is due immediately upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• We accept cash, EFTPOS, and approved electronic payments.

• Outstanding invoices may incur additional recovery costs if not paid within agreed timeframes.

• Warranty may be void on unpaid services.

Mobile Service & Access Requirements

As a mobile service provider, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure:

• The vehicle is parked in a safe, accessible location

• There is adequate space to safely complete the repair or replacement

• The vehicle is unlocked and keys are available if required

• Weather conditions are suitable for safe installation

If our technician attends and work cannot proceed due to unsafe conditions, incorrect information, or lack of access, a call-out fee may apply.

 

Warranty Policy

We stand behind our workmanship.

• Repairs are covered against workmanship defects. • Replacements are covered under manufacturer warranty for glass defects.

• Warranty does not cover new damage from impact, accidents, vandalism, structural vehicle issues, or failure to follow safe drive-away times. If you believe there is an issue, please contact us promptly so we can assess and resolve the matter. 

 

Customer Responsibilities Customers must:

• Provide accurate vehicle details at the time of booking

• Remove personal belongings from the dashboard and surrounding areas

• Inform us of any pre-existing damage Precision Windscreen Repairs is not responsible for pre-existing damage, weakened trims, or previously repaired areas that may be affected during removal.

 

 Safe Drive-Away Time

After windscreen replacement, customers must follow the technician’s recommended safe drive-away time. Failure to comply may compromise installation integrity and void warranty. 

 

 Refund Policy

Due to the nature of automotive glass services, refunds are not provided for change of mind once work has commenced or been completed. If workmanship concerns arise, we are committed to resolving them promptly.
